Ticket Sales

All tickets purchased are non-refundable for any reason.

Written Cancellation Request

If you cancel in writing forty-five (45) days before the opening day of the conference, you will receive a refund of monies paid or conference credit.

There will be NO refunds or conference credits issued within 45 days of the conference.

Transfer of Tickets

Groups that have registered but have not submitted individual names of attendees by the balance due date do not qualify for any credit of any reason.

The person making the original registration or the designated group leader must make all cancellation requests.

All credits/refunds shall be payable to the party upon whom the original registration check/credit card was drawn.
